Our factory specializes in the research and development and production of special high-performance rigging. Our Dyneema two-end buckle flexible sling uses Dyneema fiber, the world's strongest fiber, as its core material and employs advanced one-piece molding weaving technology. It is a high-end connecting sling specifically designed for heavy-duty lifting and complex working conditions. Leveraging the exceptional characteristic of Dyneema fiber, which boasts a strength up to 15 times that of steel at the same weight, the Dyneema two-end buckle flexible sling has a diameter comparable to steel cable slings under the same strength conditions, but weighs almost an order of magnitude less.
This allows cranes with the same rated lifting capacity to lift heavier objects while significantly reducing operating loads, perfectly suited for the lifting and transporting needs of large equipment and heavy materials.
The Dyneema two-end buckle flexible sling innovatively adopts a double-end buckle connection structure, combined with a ring-shaped integrated force-bearing design, achieving precise and rapid lifting point adaptation. During lifting, it can be flexibly wound and connected to various lifting equipment, offering convenient operation and a secure connection. It outperforms steel cables and ordinary synthetic fiber slings in terms of tension fatigue, bending fatigue, and abrasion resistance. Compared to polyester slings, it has a lower elongation rate, effectively improving lifting accuracy and preventing load swaying and displacement. Simultaneously, its diameter is only about 75% of that of polyester slings with the same load capacity, and its weight is more than half that of polyester slings. This lightweight characteristic allows for more flexible installation and easier positioning of the lifted object, preventing damage to the lifted object due to improper operation. Furthermore, its smooth surface completely eliminates the risk of broken wires and injuries common with steel cables, significantly reducing the probability of workplace accidents.
For lifting objects with rough or sharp edges, such as coiled steel or metal components, the Dyneema two-end buckle flexible sling can be fitted with a Dyneema fiber sheath as needed. This significantly improves cut and abrasion resistance, eliminating the cumbersome installation steps of traditional protective pads. Even with repeated lifting of sharp, heavy objects, it will not tear or split, perfectly solving the problem of rapid damage to ordinary synthetic fiber slings. The products are manufactured strictly according to industry standards, meeting safety requirements. They support full tonnage from 1T to 20T and multiple lengths for customization, and can be printed with company logos and tonnage markings. Widely applicable to high-end lifting scenarios such as ports, shipbuilding, metallurgical workshops, heavy machinery installation, and large-item logistics transportation, they are the ideal rigging choice for heavy lifting operations due to their core advantages of superior load-bearing capacity, extreme lightweight, and high durability.
